These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ao3dle ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ao3dle website at https://ao3dle.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, promotional programmes, and payment processing.

Age Verification: ao3dle will conduct mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that fail verification will be suspended and relevant funds may be held pending investigation. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Each player may register one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited. ao3dle uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances consolidated, adjusted, or forfeited at ao3dle's sole discretion.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Outdated or false registration information may impede withdrawals and could result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ao3dle strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify ao3dle support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ao3dle will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
ao3dle is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. In addition to identity verification, ao3dle may request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account) and proof of source of funds for large withdrawals. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
ao3dle accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB — are also accepted and converted to MYR-equivalent at the prevailing market rate at time of confirmation.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow methods. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment channel are displayed within the Deposit section of your account dashboard. ao3dle does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed in MYR only. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed during our operational hours, subject to the following indicative timelines: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer — 15 to 60 minutes. These timelines are indicative and may be affected by third-party processing times, KYC verification status, or high-volume periods.
ao3dle reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to withdrawals that are unusually large, arise from accounts with irregular betting patterns, or are made to a payment method not previously used for deposits on that account.
Players with an active bonus and an outstanding wagering requirement must fully satisfy that wagering requirement before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits made independently of any bonus are generally withdrawable without wagering restrictions, subject to account verification and no active disputes.
All bets placed on ao3dle are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. General rules applicable across all products are as follows:
Live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round outcome is determined by the game server logs, which are final. ao3dle's support team can review server logs upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ao3dle and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ao3dle platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any ao3dle content without prior written consent from ao3dle.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ao3dle and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
Where ao3dle's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your ao3dle account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Where a balance remains in your account at the time of closure request, ao3dle will process a withdrawal of that balance to your last used verified payment method subject to KYC completion.
ao3dle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or prolonged account inactivity (no login for 24 consecutive months). Where an account is closed due to proven player misconduct, ao3dle reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance.
An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive calendar months of no login activity. After 12 months of inactivity, ao3dle may apply a monthly inactivity fee of RM10 or the remaining account balance if lower, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in. Players are notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The platform operates in a jurisdiction that permits the offering of online gaming and betting services to adult players. For disputes that cannot be resolved through ao3dle's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body before pursuing any other legal remedy.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract under Malaysian law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
ao3dle reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ao3dle will provide at least 14 days' prior notice to registered players via the email address on file. For minor clarifications and non-material changes, ao3dle may update the Terms without prior notice, with the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflecting the most recent revision.
Your continued use of ao3dle after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
